Kmart's hilarious fail has the internet in stitches: 'Go home Kmart, you're drunk!'

We have stumbled into a lot of goods that have turned out to be incredibly useful and stylish while shopping at Kmart. In all honesty, we count it among our favourite and most frequented retail stores!

But, every so often, the store also brings us bizarre items that can make us laugh so hard that we can't even stand up…

Just look at this one bathroom item that a shopper found in her local store.

After looking through the bathroom section at her local Kmart store in Perth, a shopper noticed an 'epic fail' in the details of one of the items.

She found it incredibly funny, so of course, she had to share it with everyone on social media. Posting on a popular Facebook group for Kmart shoppers, the woman shared a photo of one of the bath mats sold at the local store.

See for yourself the 'epic fail' in the picture below, which sent the woman into fits of giggles and laughter.

Your eyes are not deceiving you, folks. That's exactly what's written on the bathroom mat. 'LOKIII GOOD,' which, as far as we can tell, should have been written as 'LOOKING GOOD.'

Aside from the letters 'O' and 'G' which are on the mat but missing in some places, the letter 'N' is also lacking some of its parts.

'Yep, looks about right!' the woman wrote in her post, alongside the photos of the bathroom mat in question.

Of course, many others found the blunder hilarious, with many wishing that the shopper still bought the mat despite the mistake.

'I hope you bought it. The irony is fabulous,' one user wrote in the comments section. A second person agreed and added, 'Should have gone to Specsavers!'

Meanwhile, a third user joked, 'Go home, Kmart. You're drunk!'

The Kmart blunder soon went viral on social media, and to the woman's surprise, her post also attracted the attention of many Marvel enthusiasts who shared pictures of the character Loki, portrayed on screen by the actor Tom Hiddleston.

'Someone is a Marvel fan? LOKI FOREVER!!' one fan joked in the comments. A second one joined the conversation and added, 'Well, Loki is the God of Mischief, so this is very fitting…'

'Just need to get rid of one of the 'O's in good,' a third person suggested so that the mat would spell 'Loki God'.

Much later, the woman learned that she was not the first one to have issues with the particular bathroom mat. Another member of the Facebook group mentioned that they had the very same mat at home, and it wasn't exactly 'good' either.

'Mine came with huge tufts of red thread coming out of the 'L' – I was able to cut them out, and you can't tell,' they wrote in the comment.

The beige bath mat retails for $13 on Kmart's website right now, but it looks like Marvel fans who want a 'Loki Good' mat will have to look elsewhere… (Or, maybe make their own, instead?)

What do you think, folks? Do you have any 'epic fail' buys at Kmart as well? Share them with us in the comments, we could all use the laugh!

Maybe it’s to remind us each time we stand on it that we can still be useful even if all our parts are not there.

Bankwest in WA is running a FB competition with the heading
'Want to go down Douth?

No-one has even commented on that typo.
