This photograph was taken by the photographer Alan McFadyon and was reported in the UK Daily Mail on 23 November 2015.

It took the photographer something like 4,200 hours over a 6 year period and 720,000 camera shots to obtain this image, which was what he was aiming for from the beginning. I just find it amazing and hope one or two of our members also find it of interest.

Oh my goodness, this deserves a gold award! It is probably the one of the best nature pictures I have ever seen.I would like to have a copy of that.
