Good morning, from sunny Queensland, looking forward to seeing all your craft inspiration. I like doing quilting and taught myself to crochet from from the University of You Tube, only basic at the moment and l also knit.
Hi Andrea, I have to say that's the biggest Diamond Art I have seen. Well done you.Hi , I’m Andrea and I’m addicted to Diamond Painting. This is the larger one I’ve attempted.. 1.2m c 1.6m. It’s made using individual beads.
I have been a painter for over 50 years now, some people call me an artist but I prefer the term painter, I used to paint in oils but since moving to Busselton in WA four years ago I have converted to watercolours and I am still learning at 86 so you can teach an old dog new tricks. Speaking of dogs I am a POOPS dog walker and that is a voluntary group here and we walk Pets Of Older Persons and there are 130 in our group walking 60 dogs. But I also paint the dogs and frame them as gifts for the dog owners and I also take commissions from other people if they make a $120 donation to our group because we also pay some of the vet bills too. I shall try and add some examples but not sure how to do that.Introducing the Craft Corner!
Did you notice this shiny new forum?
That's right, Craft Corner is officially here! This is the place for all things hobbies and crafts.
Kicking us off is the wonderful member Selyna B, who recently took on the challenge of learning to crochet in 30 days. This story is now available to all members of the SDC to read for free.
Do you have any patterns to share? Need help with a tricky stitch or a recommendation for a how-to video? Maybe you have photos of your creations that you'd like to share! We would love to see and hear it ALL.
You can share your own post on the Craft Corner here.

I sell them at local markets and give them to friends as gifts. This is an old photo so my designs change quite a bit over time. I also make some jewellery and blingy bookmarks but don't have any current photos. That is a beautiful suncatcher. Do you sell them?
