67 y.o. Wife and I Recently retired and relocated from Perth to Townsvill. Have 2 Sons and their families here. Loving FNQ living. Suburb in Perth we lived in would reach over 42 and Winter had lows of - 2. Weather here much better for my Arthritis. Great people here, with the exception of the YOUNG THIEVING MUNGRELS. Hi I'm John. First of all the Discount Club is a wonderful way to save life's earnings. I'm from NZ and my wife is from China so I enjoy wonderful stir fried. NZ food is healthy but fairly lacking in flavour sometimes. I enjoy it but the flavour in Asian food is great. I'm looking forward to see what can be saved with discounts. Cheers

HI all. My name is Teresa, a newbie here. I like gardening, especially bearded irises. I wish I could afford more but that's life. We can't always get what we want. .i do go foraging for mushrooms, pine and slippery jack are among my favs, haven't been lucky enough to find others that i like, since they grow in different environments. And yes, i can tell my mushrooms apart, and no, i wont be feeding you an mushroom omlette with either magic or death cap mushrooms- you would really have to be in my bad books, and there's no one that would ever be bad enough for that, well...... maybe! I adore my pooches. People say I have too many, but I just tell them politely that it is my business. I'm heavily into Polish folk dance and folklore. ( polish heritage- Ma+Fa+Br arrived from displaced persons camp, as refugees were called back in the 50s). That's all about me. Cheers.

Good Morning Everyone
I live in Milton NSW, paradise!
My husband and I moved here 30 years ago, so we don't need to go anywhere now we are retired.
If anyone is traveling this way, feel free to ask me for recommendations.
We live in the middle of Milton, and there isn't a restaurant or coffee shop I haven't been to, plus we have used many of the local BnB's etc for our extended family and friends to visit.
Hope you all have a wonderful day, and I think this is an excellent idea.
