I have dealt with two of these franchises in Ipswich without one of your claims occurring. you call yourself a victim if that was the case you should have called in the police. what has being pregnant, hard working got to do with your comment. I hear you. The pharmacists have to push through large volumes of customers, and the owners don’t care, except about greed. They don’t have the time to sit with you and explain your medical issues with you. Take your business to a pharmacy that knows you well, and will take the time to sit down with you and discuss your concerns about medication. Supermarkets don’t do that. Be smart. They legally can’t really discount NHS medicines, but they can choose a cheaper alternative of identical products. Don’t trust them. Go elsewhere.

What pharmacy has time to sit down with you and discuss concerns of medications, that is what the Doctor does. every time i go to CW if i have a question i ask and they reply when picking up the medication and vise versa if they need to ask a question of me

Good and conscientious pharmacists do. If you have become so inured to third-rate service at first world prices, I am truly very sorry for you. For the sake of all society I urge you to open up and complain. Do or say nothing and unprincipled capitalists will roll right over you and screw every last penny.
