There must be a reason as to why this person is not welcome at these Chemists
I too agree there must more to his plight.. the story seems all one sided.
As I have replied to some others, if this hadn't been me, I might have been tempted to consider there was more to this story, too. It is me and it happened as I reported. Alas.

We left Chemist Warehouse over six months ago. They refused to give my husband a medication that had been prescribed by his doctor saying he could not take it with the other medications he was on, even though it was prescribed by the same doctor.
They overstep their mark; they are not doctors they are there to fill the prescriptions and are not doctors.
We have changed chemists pay a little more but way better service and not just a number.
they can't refuse. They should have confirmed at the GP clinic.

i too live in ipswich and i have never had a problem with either warehouses. i only frequent for specials. i use brassall pharmacy, and very happy there. you can't be banned for refusing to shift your car if parked in a car spot. something smells a bit here.

If as a diabetic and your leg was looking and feeling that bad in hindsight it would have been better to have gone to the hospital who could have assessed it and given you medication immediately. In my hospital career I have seen too many people become very ill by saying it will be ok and not getting help straightaway. Pharmacists are very helpful (unfortunately not in this situation) and surely someone else could have moved the car. But as none of us were there we can only speculate. Hope you are better soon.
Sorry, but regardless if you are Type 1 or 2, at out patients at a local Hospital, ones waits their turn. Experienced it a number of times with my Husband.

I am sorry you were treated this way. I hope you're leg is now a lot improved.
Would be interesting to know the outcome of your letter to H.O.
Take care have a lovely Christmas
Kind words. Thank you Shazann. My leg remains swollen. I have a GP appointment tomorrow (Monday 16 December). The health ombudsman acknowledged receipt of my complaint but no updates as yet.

Thanks for asking.

Merry Christmas to you and yours, too.

My wife and I had been loyal customers at CW for over a decade. I had never seen the franchise owner before this ridiculous incident.

I avoid Chemists Warehouse, I use the chemists next door to my doctors and they are very good. Their name is Good Price Pharmacy. I'm so sorry this happened to you.

if i was in that situation and being a diabetic i would have gone to emergency straight away. there has too be more to this story than just a car parking issue. If the leg was that swollen were you capable of driving?

Two sides to every story.
What are you hoping for? That I made it all up? Or that I ram raided the store and ran over the owner's foot? Or perhaps I hired a thug from uranus to turn him into mince? If this hadn't been me, I might have been tempted to consider there was more to this story. It is me and it happened as I reported.

Methinks more to this story😉
Methinks you are hoping for some Hollywood spectacular. That I made it all up? Or that I ram raided the store and ran over the owner's foot? Or perhaps I hired a thug from uranus to turn him into mince? If this hadn't been me, I might have been tempted to consider there was more to this story. It is me and it happened as I reported. If you are not entertained by that, I am not sorry.
