How to thin your blood with pinapple

The bromelain contained in pineapple has many health benefits: it is anti-inflammatory, anti-platelet, and naturally thins the blood. In other words, pineapple is great for preventing the onset of blood clots.

Pineapple is therefore a powerful ally to help us reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease (heart attack, stroke, hypertension, etc.). So we must regularly consume pineapple in all its forms.

When we also want to strengthen our bones and our skeleton to stay in shape for longer, it's not just calcium in life! There is manganese too. Indeed, it is thanks to manganese that our body will create collagen, an essential substance for the bones, the skin and the skeleton.

And when our body suffers from manganese deficiencies, it is our skeleton that becomes more fragile (loss of bone density, etc.). However, if we eat just 200 grams of pineapple, we will have consumed well over 100% of the recommended nutritional intake of manganese.
