All good - but I wondered why the afternoon one stopped
Hi @Vickers ! I sincerely apologise, we’ve had to temporarily pause the afternoon newsletters while we work on an email issue. To make sure you keep getting the latest updates, please mark us as safe by following the simple steps provided above. We’re grateful for your support and can’t wait to be back in the afternoon! Cheers!

I haven't received any emails for the past few days. I don't know what's happening. I always look forward to receiving them ☺️
Hi @Hazel John Gibson ! We sincerely apologise. While we have temporarily paused sending out the afternoon newsletter to some of our members, there are members on the other hand, who do not receive any newsletter, at all. We have tried sending emails to these members, but those bounce back, too.

While we try to fix this ,you may access our daily newsletters by heading to our website and reading our newsletters here - https://seniorsdiscountclub.com.au/forums/sdc-daily-recap-daily-newsletter.21/ or downloading our Apple or Android app and reading the newsletters there.

You can download our Apple app here - https://apps.apple.com/id/app/seniors-discount-club/id6448619945 and our Google app here - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=au.com.seniorsdiscountclub&pli=1.

Please know, we will continue to do everything on our end to fix this issue and we will hopefully have it solved over the next few days!

Send us a message here if you need help with anything else.

I don't get emails ,mine is sent through by the app I downloaded and I'm only getting morning newsletters
Hi @Barbara V ! Upon checking our database, I saw that you're currently unsubscribed from our mailing list that's why you're not receiving our daily emails. Also, we’re taking a short break from afternoon newsletters to resolve a delivery issue. We're working on getting this resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding, and we’ll be back to our regular schedule soon!

I get newsletter in the morning but have not been getting afternoon one.
Hi @BillyB ! We sincerely apologise but we’re hitting pause on our afternoon newsletters until we resolve a spam issue with some of our recipient email servers. In the meantime, marking our emails as safe by following the steps provided above will ensure you still get the morning scoop. Thank you for being patient with us!

Only getting the morning newsletters as well.
Hi @Sheriella ! We sincerely apologise, but we’ll only be sending our morning newsletter while we sort out an email hiccup. To keep receiving these updates, please mark our emails as safe by following the instructions provided above. Thanks so much for your understanding – we can’t wait to be back in your inbox twice a day!

I have been in Hospital for three

required extensive replacement
and intensive physiotherapy for
that period of time. That is ongoing as we speak.
