How to detox your liver

Never say that I don't need a detox drink, a detox drink is not to make you lose weight, but rather to cleanse the liver ... We do not stop eating dishes and recipes rich in fat whether it is good for health or bad, and there is only one organ in our body that takes care of all the filtering, it is the liver. Know that you can do all the diets in the world, without losing weight and this because the liver does not work properly because it is well suffocated by all this fat. Cleansing the liver is essential even for thin people, so do not think because you are thin, that your body does not need you to take care of it.

Lemon is an excellent source of vitamin C, and it contains flavonoid compounds that have antioxidant and anti-cancer properties.

Ginger is a powerful anti-inflammatory that provides protection against cancer, as it gives a boost to your immune system.

Turmeric, it is from the ginger family, it is also an excellent anti-inflammatory. It protects the cardiovascular system well, and helps lower bad cholesterol. It protects against Alzheimer's disease, and it can help prevent certain types of cancer, and studies have shown that it inhibits the growth and metastasis of cancer cells (which means it keeps cancer from spreading).

drink preferably in the morning on an empty stomach

I’ve tried something similar, and it actually makes a difference. The lemon, ginger, and turmeric combo really helps with digestion and gives me a little energy boost in the morning. I usually skip the honey since I prefer it a bit more tart, but it’s nice to have as an option if you want it sweeter. I’ve found that drinking it on an empty stomach really helps kickstart the day, and it’s a pretty easy addition to the routine. It’s not a magic cure, but it does feel like it helps me feel better overall.
