Home and Away's iconic couple celebrates 10 years together – see their sweet messages to each other!

For those of you who don’t know, Luke Mitchell and Rebecca Breeds, who played the characters of Romeo Smith and Ruby Buckton from 2008 to 2012, are considered to be one of the most loved couples in the history of Home and Away.
And today, we are delighted to share that the former on-screen lovers have just celebrated their 10-year wedding anniversary!
Even though their characters had on-screen chemistry and Romeo was also in an on-again-off-again relationship with Indi (Samara Weaving), something special was brewing between the two actors behind the scenes.
Come 2012, Luke had popped the question, and they were married the following year. And now, we've just witnessed another milestone in the couple's lives – their 10th anniversary.
Rebecca was the first to share a carousel of snaps on her Instagram page showing a glimpse of her married life. Along with snapshots of their romantic wedding and their silly antics, like the time she had a red panda on her head, her post featured a photo of the significant milestone.
'Love is the best adventure. #10years,' she wrote in her social media post.
If you thought the post was sweet, her husband's response was even sweeter – Luke shared a side-by-side of their wedding day snapshot compared to another adorable pic of the couple where Rebecca is holding a glass of champagne and kissing him on the cheek.
'10/10. Would recommend. Happy 10th Anniversary, beautiful – you're my favourite!' he penned in the caption.
The outpouring of love didn't just come from their co-stars, though. Hundreds of Home and Away fans left gushy comments as well, and we couldn't help but smile at all of the warm words they exchanged!
One user said: 'You two are adorable! Thanks for being a great example of a beautiful couple!' Another added: 'Congratulations to you both. Many, many more wonderful years together, with lots of love!'

Since the couple left Summer Bay, Luke has gone on to appear in popular shows like Vampire Diaries, Legacies, and, most recently, Big Sky with Reba McEntire.
Rebecca is also doing quite well in Hollywood, with a role in Pretty Little Liars and the title role in the new Silence of the Lambs series Clarice.
