Hello everybody​

I have just joined this community. My name is Nick, I'm 65 and live in Brisbane (southside). I am still working for another 15 months, unless I pull the pin earlier.
I then intend to move to the Mid North Coast (NSW) to be close to my son, daughter-in-law and 2 beautiful grandchildren.
Hope I can contribute something to this community.

Thank you, glad you like it. My plans, as there a many large lakes, rivers and plenty of ocean where my son lives I will be putting his boat to good use while he is at work, hahaha, dads can do that. Definitely waking without that cursed alarm, getting back into my woodworking and learning to cook. I can't live on takeaways.

That sounds like an absolute dream! Hopefully the recipes competition we're running at the moment will be able to help you out Please send us some pictures of your boat adventures when you eventually get to them!
