An older person a few streets down couldn't get a taxi or lift to her physio, I said I would. I took her to physio then some shopping we stopped for a coffee and talked, I had a great time and she did some things she couldn't do. I have agreed to help her again if needed. I felt great.

I have been helping my Sister out the past 2 weeks her rottie is not well so have been driving over to her place while she is at work and getting him out to do his business and feed him his lunch, always happy to see me regardless of how he is feeling one gorgeous dog.
