Hand Mincer

Remember when your mum used to make her own ground beef at home? She would clamp the hand mincer to the table and start cranking, filling the kitchen with the smell of fresh meat. These hand-held machines were used to mince meat and fruits for pies. The hand mincer was a kitchen tool often passed down from generation to generation. They are now considered a novelty item, but in the 1950s, they were a must-have in any home.

Yes still have one and still use it to mince up left over meat and fresh carrots onions or what ever you like into a cottage pie or for making pasties. Easy to use and helps get rid of left overs.
