i am aware of grandparents buying toys but surely we do not have under 60's on here. You are not a senior until 60. is this why we get some very silly articles? My grandkids are in their thirties and no GGC. Sad.
 
I remember a Christmas toy, a battery operated tank, l think when l was about 4 or 5 years old. It moved forward, hit the table leg, reversed & went forward again after diverting slightly. Not sure what happened to it.

I recall the red fire engine that l used to pedal along though. Here today, gone days later, given to a gent @ the local council in the late afternoon. When l asked why, the reply was, 'lt wasn't yours'. How can l be allowed to play with something if it wasn't mine?
