General Discussion Thread 10.06.2025​

Hello, friends! I hope this lovely afternoon is treating you kindly. As for me—well, let’s just say my allergies have well and truly arrived. I’ve spent the day sniffling and sneezing, and to top it all off, I’ve somehow managed to lose a bit of my sense of smell. Not ideal when you’ve just made a hot cuppa and can’t even enjoy the aroma!

It’s funny how we take the little things for granted—like the smell of tea, fresh flowers, or even toast in the morning—until they suddenly disappear. But I’m keeping my spirits up (and tissues nearby). What about you? How’s your day going? Any small joys or little annoyances? I’d love to hear what you’re up to this afternoon.

Recently we had a new turf lawn installed in the back yard. Also two new garden beds. Spent today digging out my compost heap , as its not raining.
