Suzanne, I do this with my daughter 5 times a week. I felt too old the first day I went, I was very nervous. Now all the regulars say good morning, even the cleaner. I am loving it, it gives me a reason to get up and stay motivated. I have lost weight, my clothes are too big and some I have'nt worn for years are fitting me. I feel younger and happier.I'm looking at starting a gym, my daughter wants me to go to hers where she is an instructor but I'm not sure I want to do that
I advise anyone who is able to stand up, go have a go, there are plenty of older people out doing the same as me.
