Garlic and Rosemary Chicken Tray Bake - An Easy and Delicious Recipe

Looking for an easy and delicious recipe that you and your friends or loved one will enjoy? Look no further than garlic and rosemary chicken tray bake! This dish is packed with flavour and is sure to please even the pickiest of eaters. Plus, it’s easy to make and can be on the table in no time.
To make this dish, you will need:
3 potatoes, cut into wedges
6 chicken pieces on the bone
200g baby carrots, peeled
6 brussels sprouts, halved
6 large garlic cloves
1/4 tsp ground paprika
chopped rosemary
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Line a large roasting pan with baking paper. Put the potato over the base of the lined pan.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15 mins or until light golden.
4. Then add the chicken, carrots, brussels sprouts and garlic to the the pan.
5. Drizzle the chicken and vegetables with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika and rosemary.
6. Return to the oven and bake for further 35 mins or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
7. Serve immediately with your favourite sides:
To make this dish special, try serving it with a side of mashed potatoes or steamed rice. You could also add a green vegetable, such as broccoli or green beans, to make it a complete meal.
