Fruit Sushi, yes really!

Ingredients:
Fruit
Rice paper
Greek yogurt
Passionfruit
Honey
Sesame seeds, black or toasted, optional
Choose some fruits you enjoy. My go-to fruits for this sweet sushi are kiwi fruit, pawpaw, mango, watermelon, strawberry, pineapple (cored, or canned pieces).
Slice and dice your fruits, apart from passionfruit.
Mix together some Greek yogurt, passionfruit, honey (to suit your tastes) and sesame seeds if using. Set aside.
Moisten rice paper in hot water, working quickly, and place onto a wet plate/cutting board or damp tea towel.
Arrange fruits about 1/3 of the way into the - probably round - rice paper, fold over the short edge, fold in both sides, and roll up firmly. Cut in half and set on a wet plate to serve.
Continue with as many rice paper sheets as you want. Serve with the bowl of yogurt sauce.
Sorry no photos - I am just setting up a new computer after breakdown of old one, and my friend the local computer guy is still retrieving stuff off the old hard drive!
