French coconut pie scrumptious

Description​

This is a recipe passed down to me from my great grandmother Pearl. I absolutely love this pie and I hope you do too!

Ingredients​

  • 3 whole Eggs, Beaten
  • 1-½ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Flaked Coconut
  • 1 stick Butter, Melted
  • 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 whole 9" Uncooked Pie Shell

Preparation Instructions​

Mix filling ingredients well and pour into the pie shell. Bake at 350F (176°C) for 1 hour.

    • 2 sticks of butter is 226 grams, or 1 American cup (240 milliliters).
    • 4 sticks of butter is 455 grams, or 16 ounces (1 pound).
I bet you no one will copy. I have posted conversions up many time. They don't copy but criticize

I think she will know the answer, because she says it's a recipe passed down from her great grandmother Pearl.
She got both the recipe and photo from Pintrest . She shouldn't be making it out like it's a families recipe. Not even any acknowledgement where she got it from

Yes, very easy to edit the ingredients etc. before posting. Hard to know if Pearl is her grandmother or copied and pasted.
It's also hard for some people doing the maths to convert. My aunty is a great cook yet when she comes across a recipe that needs the measurements converted she calls me. She is only a few years older than me

Omg all you do is be critical, I put the conversion table up several times.
You bring out fault in people except your own.
People who complain all the time are dismissed.

Not sure why you think it's scathing. Some people don't want to look up a conversion table, the same as some people don't want to edit. Other member's recipes get comments like it's too much sugar, diabetes here we come etc. etc. BB isn't singled out imo.

I actually font like how you do this and I don't like how rude you are to anyone who states something or ask a question.

If someone ask for a conversion you just say I've posted it before.
