Hi! I was born in the Uk in 1933, and being brought up in WW2 I used to eat SPAM by the tin-full. I love poetry and creative writing. it's a great feeling to see your first result in print. No matter how old, you're not too old to start. I'm sure there is a lot of WISDOM in some of those Grey-haired heads. I migrated to Australia as a ten-pound-pom in 1950. I kinda-like-it. In fact, I think I might stay here!

Welcome! Hahaha I'm sure you won't be leaving any time soon if you've managed to stay this long. I've always wondered about SPAM. What does it taste like? I've never had the opportunity to try it myself

SPAM! It's sort of like learning Geography in school only backwards. I found it a bit dry, Actually I don't mind tinned ham but everyone knows it's not the same as that off the bone. Don't be in a hurry to try it, I promise you unless there is a war or famine it's best left alone.

Hahaha okay I'll remember your words if I ever find myself with the urge to hunt some down! I hope there never is war or famine in my lifetime
