Reminds me of a poster on concise communication that hung in our workshop when i was doing my apprenticeship. It said when I nod my head you hit it. The accompanying cartoon was hilarious and a good reminder that you need to be very clear when giving instructions.

I spent most of my working with people with disabilities and my first lesson on appropriate communication occurred when I asked a client to toss me the butter!
