I came across this recipe for pumpkin scones, in one of Flo’s cookbooks. I have tried this recipe, and the scones were far better than any bought ones. So, you cooks, give it a go!

The pumpkin scones recipe from Flo B P. Is very good. I have this recipe for a long time and I believe it only was made public after she passed away. It reminds me to make it again soon . I have a few pumpkins growing in my yard , hopefully the hares are not getting to it before I do , they are not quite ripe as yet . Joh and Flo lived in pumpkin country , no wonder she was passionate about making scones . Her recipe will hopefully be passed on forever.

Been making these for quite some time now but added a couple of extras to the recipe. My wife suggested adding a tea spoon of curry to the mix and I've topped up the basic mix with full cream! Exceptional outcome with just a little butter added to the finished product when sitting for coffee or a break!
