We all know that fast food isn't the healthiest option out there. But sometimes, we find ourselves in a bind and need to grab something quick.
If you're stuck with no option but McDonald's, there is a way to make your breakfast a little healthier. Health coach Bec Hardgrave reveals her "hack" for a bacon and egg McMuffin that's packed with protein.
In a video posted on the Brisbane fitness coach's TikTok page, Bec is seen ordering the usual bacon and egg McMuffin item from the drive-through.

"I'm going to let you in on a Macca's order hack that gives you a lower calorie, higher protein bacon and egg McMuffin burger," she said in the video.
Bec customises her order, indicating that she wants the cooking oil and cheese slice removed and adds an extra egg for only $1 to boost the protein levels.
