Holden is more than just a brand—it's a time capsule of cherished memories spanning generations. For many, it's the ride that took them to their first drive-in or first local dance.

I don't have any photos to show but my maiden name was Holden and I was born in 1948 which makes me a number one Holden. Just a small piece of personal trivia. I believe it is an FX.

As a kid dad had a couple of holden cars, always bought 2nd hand. We have an old 38 record here of a song called Holding you in my Holden. Released to commemorate the first Holden cars. It is in very good condition, was from hubby’s dad’s collection. Has a picture of the first model Holden on the record sleeve.

We had a light blue holden sedan (in 1962). I remember coming home with mum and my new brother from hospital. We had alot more cars after that as dad was in the motor industry so we got to test drive all the latest cars. I am still a BIG motor racing fan today - Holden always!
