You are far from selfish and it was a very disrespectful thing for them to do that.l am so sorry for you to loose your daughter must be heart wrenching.. We lost our grand-daughter three weeks ago and my daughter Debra breaks down all the time and we keep trying to cheer her up.lts really quite strange but a couple of things have happened to make us think she is still around .Firstly my son suddenly burst into tears and said ''Debra l have just seen Megan sat next to you''and today was Megans birthday and two beams of light shone through the lounge window.Don't think we are crazy but your daughter is with you. Keep your chin up x
So, so sorry to hear you lost your dear grand-daughter.

Unfortunately and this isn't a joke, when my daughter was in the hospital just before she passed, the family were sitting in the waiting room, only two people at a time were allowed in with my daughter and I was sitting there thinking I could talk with my family only to find they were sitting there engrossed in their mobiles. I found it awful and heartbreaking. I was upset waiting for her to pass and I was really hurt by that. Or am I being selfish expecting someone to talk 🤧🤧🫢
Not at all.Very sorry for your loss. Its disgraceful. All the best

Sorry I shouldn't be on the jokes page.
I am sure no person reading your words realised this was a jokes page. What we read were very sad comments of something which has caused much pain to you. We all feel your pain and grief & send you healing wishes. The best thing you can do is talk about how you are travelling now & each member on here will lend you an ear at anytime you want to share with them. 🙏

Sorry for your loss too. It's heartbreaking but you keep your chin up too. All the best and my condolences ❤️
Absolutely, she IS with you.I won't bite the crowd with all my experiences of messages sent to me straight after a loved ones death, even my precious puppy that died after 17 years, had just got back from the vet too.
Sorry, l know they become as precious as your children

Thank you, it is nice being able to express my feelings with someone, like all of you when I don't have anyone else to talk to.
Thank you again
Sincerely

I came across this last night & thought l would like to share it with all our members on SDC.

Grief is not a sign of weakness, it's a sign of love.
It's the price we pay for having deeply connected
feelings to someone or something.

Dr Thenia Bryant.

(I never feel weak when grieving & there have been many times when l have grieved not only for family & close friends but also for dear pets who have given me so much joy in their short life).
