We use to play cards and listen to the radio show ‘Yes What’. We would be cracking up in laughter.

I was never supposed to listen to Yes What as it would teach me bad things. Maybe these violent movies should be put in the same category.

Yes I definitely remember playing old maid, snap, and fish. They were very common card games back in the day playing with other kids and with the family.
Hours of fun accompanied by arguments!

We played Monopoly a lot until my eldest got annoyed at losing and tossed the board and everything on it into the fire. Kinda made playing a bit difficult after that
