Who doesn’t love a hearty, warm meal for dinner? This versatile dish is straight out of your mum’s cookbook and will make you nostalgic for childhood. One of the best parts of the recipe is the leftovers! You can have it with rice one night and pasta the next. Maybe even as taco or fajita filling after that! Aren’t slow cookers amazing?



Ingredients

1 kg beef chunks (use a cheap cut)
4 cups beef broth
1 onion - chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt & Pepper - to taste

To serve: cooked rice or pasta



Instructions
  • Add beef chunks, beef broth, and chopped onion to your slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  • Serve over rice or pasta
  • Enjoy!
