If you love cherry ripe you will love this one.
This is one of only 2 slices my hubby eats.
Preparation time 15 minutes
Makes 16 slices.
Ingredients
1. Grease and line a 19cm square pan with baking paper.
2. Combine biscuits, cocoa and butter in a medium bowl, mix well .
Press evenly into base of prepared pan. Refrigerate
3. Meanwhile, Combine cherries, condensed milk and coconut. Spread evenly over biscuit layer and Refrigerate until firm
4. Combine chocolate and oil and microwave in 20 second burst and stir between each burst . Pour over slice. Refrigerate until set.
Notes : recipe calls for dark chocolate but milk chocolate works well. When Cadbury Milk Chocolate is on special I will also use this than the cooking chocolate.
But dark chocolate works maybe that little be better than milk chocolate with this recipe .
I like milk hubby prefers dark.
