This one's for those who love pasta and soup.
I've added a few recipes for those who may have had mouth surgery or mouth problems where they can't chew properly for some reason

Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 2 cups water or 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 cans crushed tomatoes or 6 large tomatoes
blended
- 3 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 large onions chopped onions
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 package refrigerated cheese ravioli ( from fridge section coles or woolworths)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Additional fresh parsley chopped optional
Directions
- In a saucepan cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes, breaking it into crumbles. Add the water, tomatoes, tomato paste, onions, parsley, garlic, basil, sugar, oregano, onion salt, salt, pepper and thyme; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Cook ravioli according to package directions; drain. Add to soup and heat through. Stir in the Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with additional parsley if desired.
