Easy Brownies

Easy Brownies

85gr chocolate (use either a block or choc chips)
115gr butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Pinch of salt if you use unsalted butter

Use a square 20 x 20cm cake tin.

Combine chocolate and butter in a small saucepan over a low heat, stirring occasionally.
When it's just about melted, remove from heat and stir until smooth.
In the meantime, grease or use baking paper for the cake tin.
Transfer the mixture into a bowl and stir in the sugar. Using a whisk add one egg at a time.
Add the flour and vanilla (and salt if needed). Stir with a wooden spoon to mix all together.

Oven 160 degrees FF or 180 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
Cool before cutting. I cut it into 12 pieces.
