Forgive the critique of a non-cooking husband/carer forced into cooking for his allium allergic wife. Virtually no easy recipes are available, or products that are suitable. You cannot buy stock that doesn't contact either onion or garlic, or both. Nor a can of soup, with just 3 exceptions. I read recipes that I have to leave out a whole lot of ingredients, without knowledge of what to replace them with.. so don't bother. So many of the "easy" recipes are far from it.
