i have just arrived home after a MRI on my lower back. Doing this piece of leg movement for myself would be a sight to behold.

Can’t get my leg up or over anywhere these days, lucky I don’t suffer too much back pain, probably about the only place that doesn’t ache or pain.
 
I have severe chronic lower back pain, also chronic hip pain that is getting worse and makes walking very difficult. There is no way I could get my leg in that position and if I tried I would be in excruciating pain!

My LBP is from a crushed disc and the only way to fix that is to replace it, which now-a-days is a very simple procedure. But none of the MORONS at the PA hospital DONT know how to do it or simple WONT do it, all they do is come up with bullshit excuses.... I would love to give them all the same problem and i be you they wouldnt last 2 bloody days let alone 5 to 6 years stuck on very strong pain killers
