Do you cook in microwave, lidded frypan or fire up the entire oven, please?

Can anyone tell me why any Indian "bread" is so costly? For $4.29, I can get 2 loaves of bread. Just thinking.

I use my convection microwave so much, takes very little time to heat and cooks well. I made a nice baked custard last night, very good result. I have a gas oven and light it if I have a high volume to cook. My husband loves our air cooker, does a very nice baked dinner.
