Diabetes - looking for recipes suitable
Hi my husband has recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and we are trying to make all the best changes to minimise the ongoing effects. I after some guidance as to how i can adapt meals for the best outcomes.
I am going to Diabetes Australia Website and the Baker institute which have both been helpful but i after some variety. Any practical suggestions great fully accepted.
