Dehydrated? Choose this drink to replenish your electrolytes!

As the sun beats down and the mercury rises, staying hydrated* becomes more than just a health* tip—it's a necessity*.

Dehydration* can sneak up on us, leading to headaches*, fatigue*, and a noticeable dip* in mental and physical performance*.

It's a condition* that affects a staggering 80 per cent* of Australians, and it's not unheard of to hear stories* of people finding out they're in dire need of hydration* only when symptoms of severe water* loss manifest.

Enter Hydrate* by Hercules Supplements*, a new and improved hydration drink* meticulously crafted to do more than quench your thirst*.

It's designed to boost cellular function* and enhance natural energy*, a boon for anyone who enjoys gardening*, bushwalking*, or wants to maintain their vitality* in the face of the relentless Australian heat*.

Traditional hydration* or sports drinks* have long been the go-to for many seeking to replenish* after exertion*, but they often lack electrolyte* content and are frequently loaded with sugar*.

Hydrate* sets itself apart with a scientifically backed formula* that meets the electrolyte* recommendations set by the American College of Sports Medicine*.

With an impressive 1502mg of Electrolytes* and 500mg of Branched-Chain Amino Acids* (BCAAs) per serving, Hydrate* isn't just about hydration*—it's about total cellular optimisation*.

It's supercharged with a robust B + C Vitamin Complex* designed to ignite your natural energy* reserves, giving you a sustained boost* without the crash* often associated with caffeine-laden drinks*.

Hydrate* is perfect for the health-conscious as it is 99 per cent sugar-free* and has only 4-6 calories* per serving. This drink* is the clean*, efficient fuel* your body has been thirsting for.

Hydrate* is available in four delicious flavours*:
Mango Passion*,
Raspberry*,
Pine Lime*, and
Orange*.

So you can have a refreshing and tasty drink* while getting all the electrolytes* you need.

According to the sports medicine experts*, the recommended amounts of electrolytes* per litre to appropriately rehydrate are as follows:
  • Sodium: 460-690mg
  • Potassium: 78-195mg
  • Magnesium: 10mg
Hydrate* surpasses these minimum recommendations* with:
  • Sodium: 600mg per litre
  • Potassium: 700mg per litre
  • Magnesium: 700mg per litre

In comparison, some of the market's popular hydration drinks* contain significantly fewer electrolytes* and are high in sugar*, which can lead to a quick energy spike* followed by a crash*.

Hydrate's* balanced formula* ensures a steady release of energy*, supporting overall well-being* and performance* in daily life.

Several customers* have proven Hydrate’s* effect on their bodies*.

‘Absolute game changer*! [My] body not only feels refreshed* and revived* after training, but the muscle recovery* is so much better! LOVE LOVE LOVE!’ one customer said.

‘My favourite*! Best addition* to my gym* bag!’ another added.

A third commented, ‘THE BEST*! So refreshing*!’

Try water, with a small dash of salt if you are dehydrated. You could squeeze into it a few drops of lemon or orange if you have one. Be reassured; drinking water is a quite normal activity and generally very safe.

Thank you for the suggestion! I'm usually more of a cucumber water girl but I'll give it a try!

The best re-hydration fluid is the milk from a fresh green coconut (but wait until global warming warms up Tasmania). After that it is a home-made fluid with tap-water, a dash of salt and a couple of squeezed oranges in it. A litre of that makes a big change and if still dry, a couple more.
