Hey Jonathan. Thanks for the reply. I think it would be a good idea for everyone who is not receiving the news letter to contact their email supplier and let them know about the issue. I will contact mine and see if I get any satisfaction. I have been with westnet for years and never had a problem with them.Hey @Rusty1 - thanks for the heads up.
I can see you have a Westnet email address... Unfortunately, the deliverability issue is impacting all TPG brands (including Westnet, iiNet, AAPT, etc.)
I've emailed them all now multiple times and seem to be getting absolutely nowhere. I suspect their support team isn't even based in Australia.
I'm tempted to do another email blast out to people and ask if they'd be willing to contact support on our behalf - maybe TPG etc. will take things a little more seriously if the complaints are coming from actual customers.
