I was telling someone the other day I want to go by train to Perth early next year and go to Margaret River and visit a restaurant that's underwater . They mentioned a few places abd one was Wandi , I thought where have I heard that then just a few moments ago I realised it's your user name with WA on the end.
Yeah correct on Wandi. Let me know about the underwater restuarant, not aware of that, there is an underwater observatory in Busselton (near Margs)

BUSSELTON JETTY, WESTERN AUSTRALIA: Given the Australian appetite for the ocean, it’s a wonder no one has thought of this sooner. Western Australia’s Busselton Jetty has launched the country’s first underwater dining experience, offering an eight-course Margaret River degustation served eight underwater, 1.8km out to sea.
Start the Underwater Dining experience with a 30-minute flight from Perth to Busselton airport and a limo transfer. Board the Jetty Train with a Margaret River wine and appetiser in hand and enjoy sunset views across the Indian Ocean. At Busselton’s Underwater Observatory, feast on premium local produce including scallops, whiting, wagyu, marron, duck and rock lobster, prepared by a private chef, and washed down with more wine. A marine scientist is also here to educate and entertain diners about marine life after dark.
