Cooking at home just got a WHOLE lot easier with these budget-friendly kitchen gadgets!

Most of us here at the SDC, members and staff alike, love to spend time in the kitchen!

However, we have to admit that there are a few steps in the cooking process that we wish we could have done much more quickly and, of course, with much less effort.

Things like constantly stirring the sauce in the pan to keep it from getting lumpy, shredding meat for salads and sandwiches, and even just putting the spatula down so that it doesn't make a mess on the counter.

If only there were some nifty tools or gadgets that could help us...

That was fast – it looks like the internet heard our wishes, folks!

Julianna Claire, who has been sharing great Amazon finds on her Instagram account, recently recommended three kitchen gadgets that will help home cooks of all skill levels make cooking so much simpler and easier.

Here are the items she recommended:

OTOTO Buddy Kitchen Spoon Holder, $16.95 @ Amazon

Need a 'buddy' in the kitchen? Well then, look no further because Buddy, the 'Paw-fect' kitchen spoon holder, is here to assist you!

If you ever find yourself in need of a helping hand in the kitchen, Buddy is ready and waiting to be your obedient watchdog at your command.

This beautiful dog from the Design Award-winning OTOTO Studio is here to make cooking less of a pain. This drip-free, heat-resistant utensil rest is made of food-grade silicone and may be used in the dining area, on top of stovetops, or kitchen counters for easier meal preparation and serving.

You can also use it to put an end to drips and drops on your counters! Simply place the ladle holder over a simmering pot, and watch Buddy maintain a solid grasp on the lid without slipping or sliding.

With this adorable puppy who stops spills and splatters, multitasking in the kitchen is now simpler. Say goodbye to 'ruff' times in the kitchen.

KAPUNI Chicken Shredder Tool, $14.99 @ Amazon

Use this simple-to-use meat shredder to quickly produce tacos, enchiladas, barbecued pulled pork, buffalo chicken salad, tuna salad, etc. This multi-purpose equipment is a chicken shredder, a BBQ accessory, and so much more.

If you're wondering how to use this, it's pretty simple! Just place the meat in the chamber, secure the top, grip the handle firmly in both hands, and turn the handle a few times to get the desired amount of shredded meat. And voila – shredded meat in no time.

Don't strain yourself stirring that sauce with this automatic kitchen gadget. Credit: Amazon.

Uutensil Stirr Automatic Pan Stirrer, $35.95 @ Amazon

The last item on this list, but certainly not the least important, is a kitchen tool that relieves the strain of having to continuously stir your sauces, soups, porridge, gravy or other mixtures in the pan.

This one is like having a personal chef in the form of a robot! All you have to do is turn it on, select one of the three available speeds, and watch it spin in a circle as it does the stirring for you.

It's also cordless and runs on batteries, so it won't get tangled up in random wires while spinning. But we don't recommend leaving it alone in the kitchen because, let's face it, accidents happen no matter how careful we are.

What do you think of these products, folks? While we haven’t tried them ourselves, they sound quite amazing, don't they? Amazon truly is a well of hidden treasure! If you have more recommendations to share with us, please do so in the comments!

I could definitely see a need for the pot stirrer thingy, not so sure about the other two. If your pots and pans have handles with holes in them you already have a spoon/ladle rest, just thread the spoon handle part way through the pot handle and voila!! As for shredding meat, two forks will do a far larger quantity in a shorter amount of time.:)

I've got sooooo many kitchen gadgets that just sit in my draw / cupboard,

I purchased a sumo slicer 1 year ago which chops, slice , dices and so much more, it's suppose to be amazing , guess what........it has not been out of the box.

These gadgets look good but I will not be tempted to buy any more gadgets

Oh that stiring thing looks really good though 😍

Necessity truly is the mother of invention.
Where would husbands be if wives & girlfriends didn't have these in the kitchen? ( just joking ladies ).

Can see a use for the stirrer just so long as it doesn't fall over & l guess there is a maximum depth of liquid for this to be placed into.
Or you don't forget the pot is on the stove
