Sorry but there's one word that infuriates me 'COOKIES" In this country they are called BISCUITS. We are Aussies NOT YANKS. i LOVE THE REST YOU'VE WRITTEN.

Dear Gamiry,boy am I sorry I took a trip down memory lane to remember not only the Coles lunches with my now dearly departed mum,but also my utter amazement at seeing the machinery make the biscuits in the DAVID JONES COOKIE CAVE.NO I was not born in the 40s or 50s that must make you really elderly,I was only four years old at the time and remember it in detail cos it was so cool.
Why though are you insulting me telling me to get out more,
Assuming that unlike you,I haven't lived in all the states you have
Assuming that unlike you,I don't have children grandchildren etc,hell according to you I am not even as Australian as you are.
Assuming I need to read more cooking books.........
And the funniest of all
That you are SO AUSTRALIAN THAT YOUR ANCESTORS CAME OUT IN CHAINS!!!!!!!
PERSONALLY I WOULD WANT TO KEEP THAT A SECRET,no my family didn't decend from criminals,but are just as Australian as anyone else that has lived here all their lives.
I think maybe it's you that needs to get a life,not think you know more than anyone else and stop spoiling someone's personal memory in their lives by trying to overwrite and correct what YOU believe to be wrong.
