I have been told by a few Italians to have a full glass of water before my first coffee in the morning to line my stomach. Not that I remember to do that before my first cup 😂

Before a cancer operation in 2012, I had a coffee, app once a week since then I have only had one cup of tea. and now only drink coffee. Actually now I don't like the taste of tea and don't drink the water where I live tastes bloody awful.

I swap. I drink coffee for a few months then suddenly even the smell turns my stomach so I change to tea. Tea does me well enough for a few months when I suddenly start fancying a coffee again. So it goes, round and round. I'm currently on tea! :)

I have done this all my life and I aint going to stop now.... Coffee first thing in the morning and its now the only one I have each day except once a fortnight on shopping day.... 1 mug a chino after the shopping is done before heading home to put it all away.... Although that may change once it goes over $5 a mug..... I will then just go home and have a nice glass of cold water...

Before a cancer operation in 2012, I had a coffee, app once a week since then I have only had one cup of tea. and now only drink coffee. Actually now I don't like the taste of tea and don't drink the water where I live tastes bloody awful.
Water in Orange is horrible too!
