Clean arteries
Here is my grandmother's remedy that we use to clean the arteries, stimulate the immune system and prevent colds (or other unpleasant infections and illnesses).
We usually have all the ingredients in our kitchen (garlic, lemon, ginger and honey).
Three of them have detox effects on the body: guaranteed cleansing solution!
The preparation will keep for 2 to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
Have a drink every morning to prevent winter infections. If you have a cold, you will quickly see the effects.
GOOD TO KNOW:
Garlic can be scary in this recipe (it's true that I've tasted better…). However, it is the ingredient that makes all the difference: it helps to limit cholesterol levels and thin the blood. Eating a clove of garlic a day would prevent the accumulation of fat in the arteries. So, we still don't like garlic?
If the taste is really too unpleasant, I recommend garlic supplements (preferably black garlic). It is a concentrate of natural active ingredients that will have the same benefits as garlic clove.
Ingredients
• 2 heads of garlic (about ten cloves)
• 5cm of ginger
• 5 organic lemons
• 3 tbsp. honey
• 1.8 liters of water
Directions
1. Shell the garlic cloves. Peel the ginger with a knife and cut it into thin slices.
2. Add the garlic and the small cubes of ginger in a blender. Cover with lemon juice and honey. Mix everything so that there are no more pieces.
3. Boil the water in a large saucepan (1.8 litres).
4. Put the mixed mixture in the saucepan and leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes over low heat.
5. Turn off the heat and let cool in the pan.
6. Pour the preparation into a glass bottle. Keep refrigerated.
