I had suffered with chronic pain for over 30 years…had both knees replaced 20 years ago, right hip replacement done four times till they got it right reason it kept dislocating when I turned around in bed at night this happened 4 times pain unbelievable, both shoulders replaced now bursitis in both, one foot with 4 plates and 10 screws caused by bunion operation which was not done properly, osteoarthritis from the neck down to lower back….then bowel problems with diverticulitis, 1 meter of bowel removed due to this problem…I have been on a 20 gram norspan patches…I have been on these for many years starting with a 5 gram, taking the edge off the pain but now with the bursitis I have to take occasional Tramadol…..these cause constipation ..which is a big problem….with all this going on I try and keep a positive outlook doing Tai chi about the only thing I can do with my limitations and light gardening…I still. consider my self lucky to be a able to get around without any aids…
