Yes it is and it is always an easy go to and I just put different toppings on it and sometimes I make a cherry compote and turn it into a black forest ripple cake....my Hubby loves his desserts so I try to please him as often as possible

Try the same using butter nut snaps
I makes sure I put the whipped cream between each biscuit then over the whole lot - decorate with Crunchie chocolate or banana or ice magic - whatever you fancy

That looks yummy, I make a dessert which is a layer of butternut snaps, a layer fruit salad and a layer of cream, you then repeat the layers then sprinkle the top layer with grated chocolate or nuts etc. Make it the day before and the biscuits dissolve and people are working out what the taste is.
