CHOCOLATE RIPPLE CAKE

1 x packet of chocolate ripple biscuits covered in whipped cream and decorated however you want....in this case I have covered it in chopped up cherry ripe bits and dusted it with chocolate powder....it needs to sit in the fridge for six hours....I leave it in there overnight and most of the next day just to make sure the cream has soaked into the biscuits.....delicious and an easy to make treat for my Husband 🧡💛🤎

I make it in a circle at xmas and decorate it, in xmas colors of red and green, of course you can put anything on it, peppermint crisp, etc.

That looks yummy, I make a dessert which is a layer of butternut snaps, a layer fruit salad and a layer of cream, you then repeat the layers then sprinkle the top layer with grated chocolate or nuts etc. Make it the day before and the biscuits dissolve and people are working out what the taste is.
Will try this as well sounds yummy thanks

Do you use tinned fruit salad or do you make it fresh
