Sounds good to meDonald is right. The proof is in the pudding. My mum ate chocolate every day for donkey's, except for the last week of her life.
When mum passed, she was 101 & 3/4 years. So, I'm following in her footsteps with chocky bit. Always have it on hand. Eating it also seems to keep the 'Old Grey Matter' & senses up as well.

When I lived in England I was able to visit the Cadbury factory which was located outside Birmingham. It was very much a family business with thoughts of their employees in mind. They had a gymnasium and sports field amongst other things and were very generous in lots of ways. I was able to get lots of free chocolate because my boss's sister was export manager at the time and was allowed to take home mis-shapen or other chocolates which were below the standard required to sell to the public. When I lived in England, I couldn't eat Cadbury's Dairy Milk as it burnt my throat, yet the Aussie one is fine. Funnily enough, I don't like hot chocolate or chocolate ice cream.
Dark chocolate is good for you.Low carb with little sugar and maybe some pure monk fruit for sweetness. Its even keto friendly but read your ingredients list first, not all chocolateYep I eat dark chocolate every day I’m a chocoholic![]()
