Looking at all the comments from other members, I have come to the conclusion nobody including me, had any idea what the picture was trying to tell us anyway.

Not Chicken Wings
The thought that Angels have wings has been proven to be not all that accurate. It is more likely to be a personal belief today, wether or not they do have wings.
