1 tablespoon butter
1 cup milk (any sort)
1/2 cup tasty cheese (any kind)
1 to 2 teaspoons of dill
(Or any herb you desire whatever makes you smile)
Heat all the ingredients slowly, mixing until it’s smooth and delicious.
Great on fish

Love it, I make a similar sauce , but throw in a can of Salmon. My MIL taught me this~ Salmon in White Sauce ( You could also use Tuna ), it’s simply delicious on thick buttery toast any time of the day
