This is great! Thanks for sharing @Margi. Do you know if the eucalyptus is for the scent or does it contribute to the efficacy itself?

Wow, I really didn't know that. Please post more of these tips if you have any :)
My go to all purpose cleaner is this.. Cleaning vinegar.. available at Coles for a few dollars. Into a large jar I place citrus peels..orange or lemon.. whatever you have been eating or using in the kitchen.. No need to just throw them out... Then fill the jar with the vinegar. Let it seep for two or three weeks and then decant into a clean empty spray bottle. The vinegar will clean and disinfect all your surfaces, The citrus leaves a lovely lingering smell.. Cheap as chips and super effective. If you like suds you can always add a few drops of your favourite detergent but it isn't really necessary.

Great tip. Thanks @Patty. I know vinegar is usually really effective when used with bicarb, but I didn't actually know it could be used this way. Really interesting.
