Caught In The Act: Bus Passenger Stops A Couple from Performing An X-Rated Act in Public

Some people just can't seem to keep it in their pants. They resort to scandalous acts in public, often without a care for who might be watching. This could be anything from public urination to public sex.

Such has been the case for one couple who were caught performing obscene activities.

An irate bus passenger, who accused a couple of having sex on the bus in Melbourne, filmed the incident on camera.

The bizarre incident was said to be captured on camera while the bus was traversing the 902 Chelsea to Airport West route, which passes by numerous city areas.

The majority of the passengers also appeared to ignore the pair's X-rated activities before one commuter called out to the couple.

The passenger yelled: 'Listen, brother, you don’t f*** on the bus, mate.'

The couple, who appeared eager to defend themselves, yelled back at the man, claiming they were homeless and had no choice but to be intimate in public.

'I don’t care if you are f****** homeless, don’t f*** on the bus c***,' the commuter argued.

'I don’t care if you got autism, it doesn’t mean f*** on the bus.'

The videographer then gave the pair some recommendations on where they should conduct such activities.

'Get the f*** off and go f*** in the park or something,' he advised.

The video has since then been deleted from the internet.

In Victoria, wilful or obscenity exposure is punishable by up to two years in jail.

However, regardless of whether you can be jailed for performing such acts, these X-rated displays are a problem for a number of reasons. First, it's unseemly.

Second, it's a major violation of personal space in a public place.

Lastly, it's just plain rude. People are trying to enjoy their time out in public, and they shouldn't have to be subjected to other people's sexual escapades.

There are plenty of places where people can go to let loose and have some fun, but public places are not one of them. We understand this could be difficult for homeless Australians, however, a public bus was certainly not the right choice.

What are your thoughts on this? Better yet, have you witnessing such acts in public? How did you react in the moment? Share your stories with us in the comments below!

Nothing new about it. Used to happen frequently back in the early 1970s on the double-deckers on Sydney's northern beaches, especially among high-schoolies.

Whilst I in no way condone the acts of the couple involved I do have a couple of questions for the complainer. How did he know what was going on BEHIND him and how can telling them to take themselves off to the park be any less public than the bus? Also, what gives him the right to take this couples picture?;)
I don’t agree with the photo but at least in a park they could do it somewhere away from other people. I'd think the grunts and groans and sounds of pleasure would entice anyone to turn around to see what was going on.

I think you are more likely to catch a couple having sex on a plane than a bus.

I bet this guy who filmed it has had sex somewhere public.
Even in a car is in public.
I bet more people than not have made out in public 😉
Are you one of them ?

There are those that get more gratification by performing in public and go looking for that extra stimuli. Most of us prefer a bit of privacy and to not suffer coitus interruptus. But there are still decent behaviors that should be adhered to even if it was against the law.

Sorry not sure why but I'm hearing this with an accent ! I'm a little confused ...stimuli is that stimulation ? And coitus interruptus is that Latin

Gosh, I won't answer or even commit to the "feelings area," of 2 homeless people. I could only answer if I had been in their situation. Frustration would hit the fan I am sure. The man who gave them his mouthful was definitely in the wrong. He made the incident aware, whereas had he minded his own business the couple were under a blanket & were forced to reply out of frustration. There is an awareness multiplied when personal criticism reacts. As Ricci said "the incident was going on behind him." How long was his journey with & intention of being on the bus? 24 hours?????? Many a person who criticises before the honest facts have seen daylight , have peculiar traits of supposition. My direct analogy according to supposition for us all is as follows....What if my beautiful husband returned from Heaven for a holiday & I saw him in the middle of Bourke Street???????????????????????????? SEE, there are 2 sides to everything.

Destructive criticism really stings the heart when there is an answer you do not see at the time. I am not saying I condone their behavior BUT a decision can go two ways under circumstance. Think about it.

My thought also was that this behaviour was un- hygienic. I know the next person sitting there would have no idea what had occurred there earlier, but the thought a bare posterior may have been in contact with the upholstery makes my skin creep.

The perverted activity of the photographer definitely needs to be questioned. Why firstly record this & from what distance & what purpose was to be served from splashing the incident all over the internet? Was it for the number of hits he would have received, self satisfaction or another reason?
