Brownie Recipe

Ingredients:
- 141g salted butter, melted
- 207g granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 12g vanilla extract
- 114g milk chocolate chips, melted
- 99g all-purpose flour
- 24g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 180g milk chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 175°C. Line a 9x9-inch metal baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the melted butter and granulated sugar together by hand until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the bowl, whisking for about 1 minute.
- Melt the milk chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval until smooth. Whisk the melted chocolate into the batter until fully combined and smooth.
- Using a rubber spatula, gently stir in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined. Then fold in the remaining whole, unmelted chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 30 minutes before slicing
