Brownie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 141g salted butter, melted
  • 207g granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 12g vanilla extract
  • 114g milk chocolate chips, melted
  • 99g all-purpose flour
  • 24g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 180g milk chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C. Line a 9x9-inch metal baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the melted butter and granulated sugar together by hand until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the bowl, whisking for about 1 minute.
  4. Melt the milk chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval until smooth. Whisk the melted chocolate into the batter until fully combined and smooth.
  5. Using a rubber spatula, gently stir in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined. Then fold in the remaining whole, unmelted chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out evenly.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 30 minutes before slicing
